This was in the summer of 2023 when we visited L.A. to join the Dharma assemblies honoring my Buddha Master’s Holy Birthday. My brothers didn’t go with us this time.
When we visited Holy Miracles Temple, we got the chance to lift the 1,000 jin (a Chinese weight unit) or 500kg Vajra Pestle. Ever since then, my lower back pain has gotten much better. I hardly ever think about it now, even after sitting for long periods.
Not long after I pulled it I started noticing the difference.
